Application	Caution: HGU-55 helmets have been designed for use in fixed-wing aircraft and offer limited impact protection. Users with different applications should consider helmets with greater impact protection designed specifically for their applications.

Wax Mold for Custom Fit Helmets

Head Length Measurement

Custom fit helmet liners are leather covered urethane foam. They are made from a wax mold of your head. The helmet will precisely fit your head and face. We will send you a fitting kit that includes a wax mold and instructions. You can fit the mold to your head and return it. We guarantee that your helmet will fit. The $35 cost of the kit will be refunded when you order your helmet.
