Custom Fit Liners

Wax Mold for Custom Fit Helmets

Head Length Measurement
Custom fit helmet liners are leather covered urethane foam. They are made from a wax mold of your head. The helmet will precisely fit your head and face. We will send you a fitting kit that includes a wax mold and instructions. You can fit the mold to your head and return it. We guarantee that your helmet will fit. The $40 cost of the kit will be refunded when you order your helmet.
